OPTrillion ALGOtech
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OPTrillion ALGOtech website, platform, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using OPTrillion ALGOtech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Platform Nature and Scope
OPTrillion ALGOtech is a technology software platform that provides tools for:
Strategy creation and configuration
Historical backtesting and analytics
Paper trading simulations
User-controlled automation through broker APIs
OPTrillion ALGOtech is not a financial advisor, broker, research analyst, or portfolio manager.
The Platform provides infrastructure and tools only. All trading decisions remain solely with the user.
No Investment Advice or Recommendation
OPTrillion ALGOtech:
Does not provide investment advice
Does not give buy/sell/hold recommendations
Does not provide stock tips or signals
Does not assess suitability or risk appetite
Does not manage user portfolios
All outputs, analytics, and reports generated by the Platform are technical in nature and must not be interpreted as investment advice.
Regulatory Status Disclosure
OPTrillion ALGOtech is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under any advisory, research, portfolio management, or brokerage category.
Use of the Platform does not create any regulated advisory or fiduciary relationship.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their trading activities comply with applicable SEBI regulations, exchange rules, broker policies, and laws.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that:
You are legally eligible
All information you provide is accurate
You will use the Platform lawfully
User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
All activity under your account
Securing your devices and access
Immediately reporting unauthorized access
OPTrillion ALGOtech is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials caused by user negligence.
User-Controlled Strategies & Execution
All strategies, rules, parameters, and automation settings are:
Created by the user
Controlled by the user
Executed with user authorization
OPTrillion ALGOtech does not review, validate, approve, or modify user strategies.
Users are solely responsible for monitoring automated strategies and executions.
Broker API Integration
The Platform may support integration with third-party broker APIs.
You acknowledge that:
Broker services are provided by third parties
Broker terms and conditions apply separately
Order execution occurs at the broker level
OPTrillion ALGOtech does not place trades independently
OPTrillion ALGOtech does not hold user funds or securities
We are not responsible for broker outages, API failures, order rejections, or execution delays.
Market & Algorithmic Risk Disclosure
Trading and algorithmic execution involve substantial risk, including:
Capital loss
Volatility risk
Liquidity risk
Slippage
Technology failures
Automation-amplified losses
Algorithmic trading may generate rapid order activity and rapid losses.
Backtests and simulations are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance.
You accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes.
Fees & Payments
If the Platform offers paid plans:
Fees are disclosed before purchase
Payments are processed via third-party providers
Taxes may apply as required by law
Fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse engineer or copy core systems
Interfere with platform stability or security
Abuse API or system resources
Upload malicious code
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating acceptable use.
Intellectual Property
All Platform software, systems, branding, and content are the property of OPTrillion ALGOtech or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Data & Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to data handling practices described there.
Service Availability
Platform access is provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous uptime
Error-free operation
Uninterrupted availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.
No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
OPTrillion ALGOtech disclaims all warranties, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy of outputs
Profitability of strategies
Trading performance
No guarantees of returns are made.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPTrillion ALGOtech shall not be liable for:
Trading losses
Strategy failures
Data inaccuracies
Broker execution issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or opportunities
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPTrillion ALGOtech from claims arising from:
Your trading activity
Your regulatory non-compliance
Your misuse of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Misuse is detected
Legal or security risks arise
Users may discontinue use at any time by stopping Platform access.
Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts where the platform operator is registered, unless otherwise required by law.
