This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription purchases and plan changes for OPTrillion ALGOtech services. By purchasing any paid plan, you agree to this policy.

OPTrillion ALGOtech provides digital, cloud-based software services. Access is provisioned instantly upon activation. Because of the nature of digital infrastructure services, refunds are generally avoided and granted only in limited exceptional circumstances described below.

Nature of Service & Refund Principle

OPTrillion ALGOtech delivers:

• Instant-access digital platform services

• Strategy tools and computing resources

• Cloud execution and backtesting infrastructure

Once a plan is activated, platform resources are allocated immediately. Therefore:

All purchases are generally non-refundable.

Users are encouraged to review plan features carefully before subscribing.

Free / Trial Evaluation Encouragement

Where trial or demo access is available, users are strongly encouraged to evaluate:

• Features

• Compatibility

• Workflow suitability

before purchasing a paid plan.

Non-usage after purchase does not qualify for a refund.

Plan Change Flexibility (Upgrade / Downgrade Anytime)

To provide flexibility while minimizing refund situations, OPTrillion ALGOtech allows plan changes from any plan to any other plan.

Users may:

• Upgrade to a higher plan anytime

• Downgrade to a lower plan anytime

• Switch between billing tiers where available

Upgrade Handling

When upgrading:

• The price difference is charged

• Remaining unused value of the current plan may be adjusted proportionally at our discretion

• Upgrades take effect immediately

Downgrade Handling

When downgrading:

• Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle

• Current plan benefits continue until expiry

• No partial-period refunds are issued

Cancellation by User

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the paid billing period

• No renewal charge will be applied

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

Automatic Renewal

If a plan is set to auto-renew:

• Renewal occurs automatically at the end of the billing cycle

• Users are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue

• Charges made after renewal are normally non-refundable

Exceptional Refund Cases (Rare & Discretionary)

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:

• Duplicate payment due to billing error

• Technical failure preventing account activation (verified)

• Incorrect plan charge caused by system error

Refund requests must be:

• Submitted within 7 days of payment

• Supported with transaction proof

• Verified by our billing team

Refund approval is solely at the discretion of OPTrillion ALGOtech.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Lack of usage

• Strategy performance dissatisfaction

• Trading losses

• Feature misunderstanding

• Compatibility with user broker or setup

• User-side technical issues

• Failure to cancel before renewal

Service Suspension or Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to:

• Terms violation

• Misuse of platform

• Security risk

• Policy breach

Payment Gateway Delays

If a payment gateway shows delay or pending status:

• Access is granted only after successful confirmation

• Refunds for failed transactions are handled by the payment provider as per their rules
